he called minutes after i posted he was here to do estimate within hrs i had to talk to husband decided to go with his everything package called to hire him he was here within a hr to do the chemical part of service he seems like a caring dependazble guy very prompt and very curtius he impressed me so much i didnt wait to get other estimates from other companies i felt very comfortable with him dont need to look anymore

While Mr. Jones may do good work, he needs to evaluate how he deals with his customers. I live out of town so I had to mail checks to Mr. Jones to pay for the services. When the checks didn't arrive when he thought they should have arrived, he would send texts of a belligerent nature to my phone. He was always paid, and the fact that he was receiving payments showed that I was good paying customer. As I told him, I don't control the mail. Sadly, I had to end this working relationship because of this.

"Here are the facts about that belligerent text. My customer lives in New York and owns a rental house in Hermitage Tn. I aggreed to mow weekly and bill at the end of the month, which I did. My checks showed on the last of the next month and were never post marked when she said they were mailed. The mail is not that slow. I text her and said I WOULD LIKE MY COMPENSATION TO BE AS TIMELY AS MY SERVICE AND SUGGESTED AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF PAYMENT which she declined. The question is was I wrong and belligerent or was she overly sensitive in some area."

Only issue I have with mike is doesn't seem to understand every 2 weeks,he kept changing the timeframe to every 10 days after the work was done,, but I advised him of this at the beginning every 15 days (2 weeks) and he still kept going back to the 10 days ,I want to be at home, when work is being done ,but I understand he has to schedule work based on the jobs he's working in the area so he may not come back, but someone you are hiring as well has to understand that people are also on a budget, so not sure if he will want to come back on those terms

Mike was extremely professional and made sure to let me know what I needed, not what he wanted me to have done. His work is top notch! We definitely got more than we paid for. He pays superb attention to detail, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We will be using mike for all of our landscaping needs from now on!!!
