Do not hire these movers. They are not professionals. They showed up at our house with a rented truck and no blankets. They significantly damaged my furniture and did not help with fixing the problem. 4 months after the move they sent me a check for $250 mos dated. I hired them because they promised they were professionals and insured. I informed the owner that I had expensive furniture that I did not want damaged and he assured me that they were professional and would take great care.

Frank and Cam were very reliable. I moved from St Augustine, Florida near Asheville NC. All of my household things and furniture arrived safely with no damage. Their energy and attentiveness was from beginning to end.

They helped visualize the move with personal walk through and virtual walk through, helped qualify their price with back up data to help by sure their bid was equal to others (or more importantly other companies were just low bidding to get the job then up charge), and they followed up with additional items that needed to be movedâ ¦Great people with personal touch. They people you talk to are the people that move your home.

Exceptionally good movers who made a difficult move much less stressful with their positive attitude, good-natured demeanor, and excellent care for our possessions. Not a single thing was broken or scratched! Their arrival times could have been more convenient and prompt but they worked diligently once they arrived. The owner communicated with me regularly before and during the move. Their price was significantly lower than the other companies I researched. However, the estimated load size ended up being larger than expected so the move took more vehicles and days than anticipated. In spite of this though, we highly recommend Trinity Movers.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They are absolutely trustworthy and beyond helpful. I paid a little bit more because I had an intuition that they were going to be good and they were. They moved me from North Carolina to Florida in a blink of an eye. I didnâ t have to worry at all. They were so helpful, nice, prompt, clean, and the utmost respectful guys. I just canâ t say enough good things about this company and my experience!

Trinity Movers did a fantastic job with my out-of state move from Asheville to Virginia! Kyle gave me a very fair price and was highly responsive throughout the process, answering my many questions and assuring me all would be completed as planned. The moving crew, Frank and LJ were outstanding! They worked hard.. expertly, and efficiently, packing my household and loading it securely on the truck. And just as hard getting it all put in my storage unit! They were also friendly, calm and honest, which put my high anxiety at ease. Thank you Trinity Movers!

Trinity moved us from NC to Va. They were prompt, courteous, and Frank & LJ our movers showed care and concern for our items. Very nice company, Yes I would recommend them and also plan to use them again.

Great experience. Spoke with the owner who was accommodating to my schedule and made pickup prompt. The two delivery drivers were also great, very communicative and punctual. Despite being in a very narrow apartment, they tried many ways and figured out how to get my oddly shaped couch into the unit. They were also very respectful and cordial. I will definitely recommend this service.

I recently had two moves completed, one by Trinity and one by another company. In addition to these two moves, I spent 12.5 years in the Army and moved five times during those 12.5 years. All of this to say I have a lot of experience with moving. I can tell you that Trinity Movers hands down has the highest integrity and commitment to customer service of any company I have worked with. Kyle was available anytime I had a question throughout my entire move and has even answered several questions Iâ ve had since the completion of the move. This is not a company that is out to turn a profit at the expense of their clients. They are a company committed to providing the highest quality service for the lowest price. Of the 12 bids I had for this job (I used a third party app), Trinity came in tied for the lowest. Iâ m very thankful that I chose them to perform my move. All of the movers were fantastic, but LJ in particular is the friendliest mover I have ever met and performed his job in a cheerful, professional manner. He was absolutely a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Trinity enough. Choose them for your move and rest easy knowing that you are hiring a company with integrity who will bend over backwards to make you happy and give you as stress free of a move as possible.

Without question, Trinity Movers is the pinnacle of moving companies. From Kyle, the owner, to movers Frank and Cam, this company exceeds every expectation. They are professional, courteous, punctual and efficient. They take the worry out of the moving process. Skip the larger National companies and go directly to Trinity. They care as much about your belongings as you do. Trinity is top-notch!!!

Beyond horrible! Rather than telling my story of treatment and unconscionable carelessness with my precious belongings, I would urge everyone to read all the Better Business Bureau complaints! Workers were very pleasant and lovely and then totally lied after they loaded all of my belongings with no wrapping, blankets, or protection! The list of damages is ridiculous and many items are beyond repair! My mistake was not reading the Better Business Bureau reviews! What a nightmare.

The owners seem to lack the knowledge to properly plan what is needed for a successful move. They failed to provide ample trucks to transport the furniture. The damage of the contents was extensive. They refused to consider any damage compensation. They would be defined as a **rogue** mover. They get you over a barrel and demand more money to complete the move. They are not ethical in any way. They broke a key out of an organ and refuse any repairs needed. They say they have insurance to cover this damage but refused to report it to their insurance carrier. If you have a rather large move do not use Trinity Movers LLC. I really liked these people but they just took me to the cleaners. Beware of the company name and the claims they make on their website. Very disappointed!

Trinity movers were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move. Our move was inter-state and required parking permits with the city. Trinity handled all of this so we could focus on our move. Highly recommend!

The 3 movers that served her were so kind, and we could not have found better movers! Also, I sought quotes from several moving companies, and Trinity Movers gave us the best price. So not only did we get great service it was delivered at a fair and competitive price!
