When trinity pest solution came to my house because I had some troubles with bees they sprayed they put gas and told me they would be no bees the next day next day same problem call them back it took them three days to come back I did not even see when they came to do the job They called me told me They had sprayed the bees again I kept on having the same trouble I finally ended up finishing the job myself they are really terrible after you pay them it s a problem for them to come back I would not recommend them

"Mr. Jose sorry you feel this way, but we gave you several options and each option has a warranty, And in order for us to give you the eradicated we would have to break the wall and remove the hive, we offered that service after the second visit. and you said no, clearly you are under warranty still and we have no problem going back, but once again THE WALL NEEDS TO BE BROKEN IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE HIVE You are quick in giving a 1 star but your not exercising your warranty and options we gave you, once again sorry you feel this way."

Great service. Got me an inspection quickly and at a time convenient for me, the inspector was thorough and truthful. The owner was quick to follow up on the quality of his employee and is helping me with my rodent issue. I would highly recommend this company to others. They are professionals who get to the customer quickly and make you feel like you are a priority.

They answer very quickly and are at your convenience to make an appt. I did not find this true with other companies. Also, I was told by other companies that my only option was to tent and they gave me other options that weren't as expensive nor disruptive.

We unfortunately bought a headboard from Wayfair and got bed bugs as a result! I have an 8 month old and a baby on the way, so as you can imagine this was an absolute nightmare! Trinity came in within 24 hours and inspected, and identified a solution and started treatment IMMEDIATELY. They completely understood how much of an inconvenience this was. They were also very discreet in their services with surrounding neighbors. They were fast, friendly and cost effective! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Rene was my technician and he was extremely professional and on time. His work was performed at an even higher standard that I expected. He removed a beehive from my shed s side wall and did it with minimal panel removal. Pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend them. Also I must add the owner was extremely courteous and scheduled me right away!!! Great company to work with.

Do not use. Elman initially presented himself as a customer service company and knowledgeable about pest control. After I paid to begin his pest control treatment then he changed. He started telling lies. He lied several times about the pest control treatment. He lied about the service he would provide. He promised quality service prior to him receiving money me. Once he received money he did not provide what he promised. I had to search and find another pest control person to do what I had paid him for. I had to discontinue the service relationship because the experience was totally not worthy of me continuing service and paying him more money. I was disappointed because he was listed as a home advisor contractor and I trusted Elman, but he did not honor his word.
