We have over 31 years of experience in the business. Here at Willen Plumbing,LLC, we have been serving the Saint Louis area for 13 years. We take pride in our company's reliability, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business and will strive to make you another satisfied customer. We will always do the job according to the Uniform Plumbing Code, National Plumbing Code, or your local municipal plumbing code (which supercedes Uniform and National plumbing codes, unless overidden by inspector, whose discretion supercedes all written codes and addendums). We will not accept any sub-standard work. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. And we will make an all out effort to reach this goal, so as long as it falls under all legal guidelines.

We do all aspects of plumbing. We have troubleshooting experts who will find your problem, even after other companies have given up on the issue. We are a flat rate company. You know the price before the job begins. No hidden charges. Our plumbers are seasoned plumbers, meaning they have worked in this trade for many years and have experienced almost every possible problem, in both residential and commercial areas.

With the limited access it was quite the issue to tackle. As we do in any special circumstances, we weigh the options, and come to what's best for the issue at hand, while keeping your cost as low as possible. "Thanks for the great rating and review. Your input is important to our company. It allows us to make changes to increase customer satisfaction. And anytime a customer has a shutoff valve issue, I always ask why it was being turned off. Because it it usually because of another issue. And I would not feel comfortable leaving a job half done. Even if it means doing the additional work for free. We as people just don't check our shutoff valves. Although I recommend turning them on and off every 6 months,to keep them from locking up.There is 102 things that can go wrong with a toilet, and the shutoff valve isn't one of them.Once again, Thanks!"

Your faucet was one worth rebuilding to its original condition. While we enjoy installing new faucets for our customers, we have to let our customers know what their options are. And it is my personal opinion that any Moen faucet is worth restoring. It's just a good product, as are most of the recognizable named faucets. We do like the new faucets on the market today, but always attempt to repair the existing one first. Of course most of the time they just want to continue to drip. And they are not repairable, at which time a new faucet is required, leaving the homeowner with other issues to address( style,wall repair,code correction,air chambers,etc.) So, at this time we are happy with your satisfaction of the service we did. Unfortunately plumbing issues don't get better with time. It's important to get in and tackle the problem as soon as possible. Another reason we offer 24 hour service. Around 10 years ago I saw a home totally destroyed by a similar issue you had. Unfortunately the customer put the issue off until after their 30 day vacation. It is a significant part of the history and integrity of the home. And we respect homeowners who choose to attempt to keep the original fixtues of the home intact. To replace that toilet with a new one would have been a dissapointment. While there does come a time when even a piece of art, such as your toilet, must be replaced. The new anti-siphon frost free faucet is the newest one on the market, requiring only a 1/4 turn to open and close. Also, they are washerless.
