We recently completed a large and fairly complex roofing project with Trinity Roofing and overall had a great experience. The scope evolved throughout the project, including adding a shed roof replacement and replacing two skylights with much more modern units that we are extremely happy with. Trinity was patient and flexible as plans changed, which we really appreciated on a project of this size. What stood out most to us was the communication and project management. Juan was excellent throughout the entire process. We always knew when to expect deliveries, material drop-offs, crew arrivals, and dumpster removal, which made a big difference. Dhalia, the onsite project manager, also did an outstanding job. Safety was clearly a top priority, especially with our kids around the property, and she took a great deal of care to make sure everything was handled thoughtfully and professionally. Like any large construction project, there were a few small hiccups along the way, but honestly what really made Trinity stand out was their commitment to making sure everything was done right. If we ever had a question or concern, the team responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the final result. It was very clear that they genuinely cared about the quality of the work and about getting every detail right. Most importantly, the finished product looks fantastic. The new roof and skylights completely transformed the look of our home, and we are very happy with the end result. I would absolutely recommend Trinity Roofing to others looking for a professional and well-managed roofing company.

We used Trinity Roofing to install a new roof on our house and shed today. We met the owner and his son who were walking around the neighborhood and scheduled time with Anthony to come on-site for an estimate; he helped us tremendously with the project. He offered very competitive pricing and was very honest and straightforward. We met Juan, Dhalia, and their crew who did an amazing job with communication, installation, and cleanup. It was a pleasure working with Trinity Roofing from the initial contact with Jimmy Sakkos through to the installation and clean-up with Dhalia Santos, our onsite production manager. Jimmy explains the process in great detail so that you know exactly what you are getting. Dhalia was one of the most responsive supervisors you can have – always available to the customer and keeping them informed and answering every question. She went above and beyond, pitching in to help with any needs – like project adjustgments or clean-up – along the way.
