The job ended up being 2-3x whatever that was quoted. I wasn't sent a list of materials as it would've been obvious I was ripped off. The actual work wasn't up to par either, he knew I wanted the space underneath to be a living space but still didn't install any insulation. Also there are nails sticking out from the ceiling. Don't say you haven't been warned.

I contacted Josh when my old skylight started cracking. It was outdated and I was hoping the H/O insurance would cover it but it didnt. So I found the skylight I wanted and Josh got it for me for the same price as I found at Lowes. We got it ordered and installed within 10 days of me contacting him. I also had some leakage around my chimney and the chimney cap was just bricks so they repaired the flashing, installed the chimney cap. The work was topnotch and Chris and crew were amazing!! they were quick, knew what they were doing and I could not be happier!!! I HIGHLY recommend them. Josh is a great communicator and has been very helpful through the process!! Great customer service skills which a lot of companies both big and small are lacking now days!!

The contractor charged $1500 for two skylights that could be purchased at any building supply store for $411. The contractor misstated the availability of the product in order to pressure the client into an immediate agreement of service. The contractor dummied up the receipt after many requests trying to justify the outrageous cost of skylight replacement. When confronted about the skylight product costs he stated that is just what we do. Would never recommend this business to anyone.

I donâ t believe I was charged $2200.00 plus to replace 1 roof vent and tried to convince me to do another vent for another 2200.00 called another company and they replaced all 6 to include the one Trinity replaced for 1900.00What a easy way to take advantage of a first time homeowner in Washington state.

"Sorry, you feel this way joe. But we sealed all vents and recommended you to replace in the future the rest of the vents. And you had a leak! Not just a vent that was replaced we fixed a leak! Once again not just a vent. Your other vents were not an A.S.A.P. fix for now sounds like the other roofing contractor told you differently."

I worked with Josh and he was great through every step of the process. We were replacing old operable skylights, with new sealed ones. Josh came to my home and was very courteous and professional when taking measurements and discussing pricing. His crew came out a few days later and did the install very quickly and professionally. Chris was great and made sure everything was to my satisfaction prior to them leaving for the day. Noticed my skylight was leaking after our big snowfall started to melt! Searched the web, Josh with Trinity Roofing returned my call promptly and his team was able to come assess and fix the leak before more damage was done! I recommend this company. And Will remember them when it’s time for a new roof. Thank you

My daughter discovered her roof leaking on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Trinity was the first to respond and their estimate was also the best, especially with a 10% discount for seniors. They were able to get to work the first day it wasn’t raining and took pictures for the insurance adjuster who arrived too late to view the entire roof. I didn’t expect insurance would cover a full roof job anyway but as this was the 3rd time singles had blown off a 21 year old house, I thought it best to replace whole roof. It turns out that the attic is full of mold and Josh is giving me a good deal on that too. And starting work on a Sunday so it can het done before Christmas. I’m in Portland but this house is in Spanaway so I never met Josh but his crews show up on time, he keeps me informed no matter the time or day, and they do good work.

I accepted a quote from Josh Restick to clean, prep and resurface a 400 sq. ft., 32 year old concrete patio on Friday April, 1st. His crew showed up and satisfactorily completed the job on Tuesday, April, 6th. Josh communicated with me during the period it took to schedule and complete my project. Josh then came to my home to inspect the completed job. Josh was quick to respond to my request for a quote and then actively involved during and after job completion. Great customer service skills.

I was given a quote for gutters. They were hired for the job and paid for. Once they finally showed up to do the job, they had to replace some fascia boards. They gave a quote that was originally for the whole house. It included caulking and paint but they only did very little fascia board and no paint. This was done in May 2020. Called to let them know the corner was leaking. Finally got an answer on the phone and said they would fix the problem in 1 to 1 - 1/2 weeks. No one has fixed the problem or called! It is ruining the fascia board that I paid over $3000.00 for. Would not recommend it, since the work was supposed to be quarantined but it seems you cannot get them to fix what they did wrong. Would recommend doing your research before hiring them!

I scheduled an appointment for 2/14/21, it snowed that day.I called Trinity on 2/17 to reschedule, he never called to reschedule. HE told me he a tree or something had fallen on their shop and he will call back with the new date. He never called me back, on 2/20 I called Home Adviser received a list of contractors, GK General Contractors came the next day and installed my new gutter. Trinity called on 2/22 and told me they were finishing a job at a house installed the gutters, they come to install my gutter I replied the job was completed.
