Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
We hired Trinity Roofing to replace our roof a little over a year ago (June 2024). The installation went fine, there were no issues with them. However, we noticed that our roof was leaking in the garage area of our home. Which led us to reach back out to them for a repair. We spoke to Mike Nice & scheduled an appointment for the following day. Not only did he NOT show up, but now they won't even answer the phone or text. As a small business owner myself, I know first hand that things happen but to blow-off your customers is completely unprofessional. You should standby your work. You installed incorrectly & now that it's leaking you should fix it. I will never use this company again & I will be sure to tell others not to use them either.

"The complaint you received is bogus. We did not put a roof on in June of 2024 in this area that had a full roof replacement. If Trinity had received a call about a leak, our roofer would have been there to fix it. We never did repairs for anyone with the name of Jill D. I would like her full name, so we can take legal actions for libel, defamation, and slander, because what she is saying is a complete lie. If you do not want to give her information to give to my attorney, then at least remove the post. I went through all the Trinity Roofing, LLC files and the calendar for 2024. All Trinity has done roof-wise from June until September of 2024 was for a client/best friend in Fort Worth, Texas. We did, however fired/release a couple of contractors that did not do good quality work. This is a bogus review because all of the work that Trinity Roofing, LLC performed is as follows: Built a two-story addition in Fort Worth for a spa, for which Trinity did a partial roof. On May 21, 2024, we started finishing out the spa. The exterior painting was started on June 7, 2024. We started in February 2024 and completed it in September 2024. We were also in the middle of a $3 million 3-story remodel, which we started in January 2023, and on June 26, 2024, we started the trim out on the house. Trinity went to Temple, Texas, to tare off and a reroof June 29, 2024. We finished that next day, July 1, 2024. Bathroom remodel that started in May 2024, for a retired Doctor, finished in June 2024. Bathroom remodel infested with mold. Started March 2024, finished May 4, 2024. Garage Remodel started May 16, 2024, and finished the outside of the garage remodel on May 19, 2024, and started the remodel that same day. We worked on Trinity Roofing, LLC, keeps a detailed calendar of every job, and we take pictures of every phase of all the jobs we do."

There was so many hiccups on my end dealing with the insurance and trying to get things done before the closing of the house and every time there was an issue they worked with me and we got through it and got it done. They knew how to help me get through the insurance claim properly and I could call them anytime with any question and they knew the answer. Very nice honest people! They went above and beyond anything that they had to do. I would recommend them 100%!

There were a couple of hiccups but after working with the owners of the company everything went very well till the completion of the job. I would highly recommend Trinity Roofing to friends and others looking for a roofing contractor. Very satisfied with company.
