Trinity TV and Appliance

John is the owner and laborer of this company (only staff member). He charged $75 to come out and assess my appliance (which is fine). He explained the problem and I agreed to have him fix it. He came with the part and I paid the remaining amount of $350 over the phone because I was at work and my family member was the one that was home to let him in to fix. When I came home the appliance still did not work. I called John and told him that it still did not work. He asked me to send a picture of the serial number, so i did. He said that the parts company sent the wrong part and he would re-order. For the following month he told me that it was on back order then that he received it and he set appointments for Saturday morning and would not show or answer his phone and the following week he would answer, make an excuse and then would NO SHOW AGAIN. This man stole my money. I would have been fine spending the $75 but for him to steal the remaining $275 is CRIMINAL.

Very fair, professional and competent. His many years of experience was obvious. Would highly recommended John to friends and family.

The company needs to call the customer when she is not to going to show up. They do an irritating job.

The owner John came to fix the refrigerator but the was not fixed and that he would come back to fix it again but never showed up to do and after multiple times to try to get in touch with him still he has not shown up to fix the problem. Has given the excuse of car problem and never shows up to fix the fridge

I hired Trinity TV & Appliances to fix my dryer. The initial visit was good and he thought her identitied the problem, arrive and fixed it and 2 hrs later it was not working. He has been so unresponsive over the last 3 weeks and since the intial visit. It is so unprofessional to take someone money and not provide the services promised. I understand things happens but I say you will show up to fix it multiple time and then not come is so unprofessional. I would not recommend his services to anybody.

John responded by phone call as soon as I sent my request thru Angi. He came out to assess what needed to be repaired, ordered the part and then replaced it within just a few days. He was conscientious about keeping the work area clean and was very polite. Highly recommend his services!

I have a very mixed review for John and Trinity Appliance. He was quick to reach out and diagnose our issue after placing it on Angi. Getting from diagnosis on our GE Dishwasher to repair was another story. Three weeks, communication only if I initiated, disordered parts, multiple reschedules and delays left my wife and I wondering if we were getting scammed. In the end, John came through. Our dishwasher works. I am grateful. If it was fixed 4-5 days after the initial diagnosis as initially communicated, instead of three weeks later, I would have a glowing review. Communication was the main issue.

John showed up expediently to diagnose a problem with my dishwasher. He said that the dishwasher drain pump needed a new part. He said that he would order the part and that it should arrive in five days. I called him after five days and he said that it hadn't yet arrived and that he would contact me when it arrived. It has now been 9 days since I last heard from John. I decided to replace the dishwasher rather than have it repaired. John charged $75 to diagnose the problem, but did not follow through. I subsequently saw that the Better Business Bureau does NOT recommend hiring Trinity/John; he has done this with other clients. BEWARE!

This man has loads of experience. My guess is, if he canâ t fix it, it canâ t be fixed. He fixed a refrigerator for me that three other technicians could not do. I will definitely call him the next time I need help with my appliances or TV.

I hired Trinity TV and Appliance to fix my washing machine. So far Ive paid for the new part, and my washing machine still isnt fixed. He told me he was in a car accident but prior reviews show that he has told other customers he was in a car accident and then never came back to fix their problem or return their money. The communication has been poor and he only seems to be available at inconvenient times. At this point, I will not recommend him to anyone.

John collected $75 services fee and he would get the fridge fixed when the part would arrive in 3-4 days. He had not contacted us and he didnâ t answer phone calls or text messages.

Trinity called - set up the appt. . He came out and I paid for the service charge $75.00. Diagnosed the issue - said he would order the part and should have it in 3 days. Did not hear from him. I tried to call him 3 times - no response. I finally reached him told him I was leaving town for two weeks. He said we are having problems getting the part. I will call you back within an hour - will have my supervisor on the phone and we will get an update. Still waiting for the return call. Poor service and no follow through. Will be filing a small claims lawsuit. Trinity TV and Appliance and Angi are Poor.

Dryer stopped heating. John diagnosed it quickly, ordered parts and returned to finish the repair. There was a backlog on the order that took a couple days.

Fast & great service. John was awesome! Would highly recommend!!
