Native Arbor Care

Do NOT hire Native Arbor Care! Please learn from my mistakes. I had 3 lots that I needed trees cleared from in San Antonio. I called Native Arbor Care because I saw they were a locally owned. They gave me a daily rate saying it would take 3-4 days making them competitive with other quotes I had received so I hired them (because there was a potential of them being cheaper than other quotes.) After 2 days on the job site they were not on track to finish in 6 days much less the 3-4 days verbally told to me. After day five they asked to be paid for the total amount worked, which I was happy to pay as they had provided me a service. John (the owner) told me on day 5 that they would send out a crew for an additional day at no extra cost to cut the remaining tree (1 tree) that had been specified by their arborist to be cut down and pick up the remaining logs that had not been hauled off yet as their invoice says ?hauling is included for all trees removed.? After a week and a half of Native Arbor Care not showing up to finish the job they have since stopped answering or returning my calls. I am assuming that they have blocked my phone number.

The crew was prompt, personable, and efficient in removing a 40â + tree. Their charges were competitive with other bids I had attained. I would recommend them for tree removal. Bob Fox

Called Native Arbor Care on Monday and on Thursday they completed the work. They told me they would arrive around 7:00 am and were there. My project was to remove a couple of sago palms and trim a crepe myrtle however after attempting to trim a few other trees myself I decided to ask them to trim these additional trees as well. They added the additional work with no hesitation and did the whole job very well. Cleanup was great. This is a Woman Veteran owned business and they will be my go to team going further. Thank you?

Native Arbor Care did a good job. They showed up when they said they would and did what was asked. The price was reasonable.

John and Marisa gave me a veteran discount and was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and did the job in record time. I was impressed in the way that they had a safety brief before the job started. On top of that they cut my palm trees in record time. They also picked up and clean the job site. Highly recommended! Five stars and I support this Veteran-owned business.

They did amazing work on our large oaks that are too high for me. They take safety serious but able to get up there to make the trees looking great. Good cleanup and a happy customer. Highly recommend.
