My pool was a mess. When I purchased it the pump had been taken and you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. They responded quickly and worked at it diligently till all the algae etc was gone. Excellent work. Dedicated. Just awesome.

They seemed to be good folks. We must have had a misunderstanding. We wanted them to sweep/vac pool then backwash then clean filters. We know they cleaned filters because of DE on the ground. We know they did not sweep/vac which should have been done first. I tried to contact them to see what went wrong, but they never called me back. What a shame they seemed like good people.

You told us several companies had taken advantage of you, so we made sure to do a great job and help rebuild the trust you had lost in others. Our only agreement was to clean the filter, which we did at a discount. We did come back and clean your pool for free because you told us it was not in your budget to pay for it. The day we met, you mentioned you were on medication and headed to the doctor, perhaps you were preoccupied and did not totally recall our conversation. You even emailed and said your wife said the pool looked great, so I am not sure where the confusion came from.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
