Edgar, Jorge and Javier were the Dream Team for us. We've remodeled before but never had such wonderful and exceptional craftsman as the Trio team. we were delighted at the end result. Their attention to detail and post work customer service have been outstanding. They went over and above what we expected. Highly recommend to hire!

Trio construction crew did a beautiful remodel on my 80â s bathroom. Took out my old jet tub and built a beautiful shower, new floors and cabinets installed. I have never been happier, they did all this work in 2 weeks. Complete professionals. Thank you , Edgar, Miguel and the others whose name I forgot.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
3.19.20 I don t write reviews but this situation was too horrible not to warn others. This was a 1900 sqft addition. We paid Trio top dollar and were left with 10 leaking windows and sliders. They arrived today to repair them, as a favor according to them, and never got out of their trucks. They pulled up and through the truck window we discussed what the fix would be. I told them I had spoken to several contractors about the situation and told them what the consensus was for the waterproofing. The boss then said f*ck it, I m not doing nothing. He repeated it several times, in broken English as he backed his car out of my driveway. I reminded him that I had paid him in full without question, almost $160k fit framing and doors and window installation, and I m left with leaking windows and doors. He continued to drive off. My drywallers and stucco guys have pulled off the job until the windows are fixed. At this point I have no choice but the hire someone else to finish the job and sue Trio.

Geographically separated situation. Great comms during entire process. Had to rip open exterior lath and plaster wall to facilitate plumbing repair. Opening, closing and finishing all went flawlessly. Communication between them, myself and the plumber were always currant and understandable.
