We recently worked with Trio Homes to build a garage addition and the experience exceeded our expectations. Having worked with contractors in the past, I can honestly say that those experiences were often stressful and filled with delays, poor communication, and unmet promises. Trio Homes was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, the team did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They were organized, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. The project stayed on schedule, and we always knew what to expect next. What stood out the most was how easy they made everything. Building or renovating can be overwhelming, but Trio Homes took a lot of that stress away. Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. Worked with them on several improvements on my house. We renovated two bathrooms, added a deck, in addition to many other items throughout the house. Overall, they were excellent. Trio homes and the team carried out our addition build in a turn key scenario.  We had a specific amount of time that we were going to be out of the country and they accommodated our schedule perfectly. They handled the architecture and permitting process as well as the entire build, inspections etc.  We came back from our trip and could not have been happier with the results!  We will definitely be working with them again for our garage and outdoor space in the next couple months and would recommend them to anyone in the DMV area
