Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
We scheduled service to repair a leak in sprinkler system. Service rep arrived the same day, but was unable to start the job due to a late afternoon thunderstorm. He quoted the job ($200) and stated he would return the following week. When I messaged on Tuesday of the following week, I was advised via voice message. ?Our service man went on vacation for the next two weeks so we will be unable to do that repair for the leak in your front yard. Feel free to call someone else.? No apology even. Just a very inconvenient delay from a company that initially came out right away yet didn?t honor the promise to return. The only good thing was that no money was exchanged.
