Initially I was very happy with the service. All of the guys were friendly, though I was annoyed that my start time was listed at 10am even though they started around 10:15. Now a week after the move I am realizing that they disregarded all of the labeling on our moving boxes. I am not sure why I paid over $3000 and I a moving boxes from the basement up two flights of stairs when the boxes were clearly marked as master bedroom boxes. I am also now realizing how much of my things were broken in the move. Definitely would NOT recommend.

wild safari moving was the only moving company that returned my calls & followed up with estimates & schedule suggestions. Marcus & his crew arrived on time, packed up my old house in quick order, brought everything to the new house undamaged. They took care to protect carpet & walls. They even helped with a few other heavy items that needed moving in the house. To top it off they finished faster & significantly less expensive than originally estimated!

We werenâ t the most ready to be moved and they were patient and kind! Also, as this was our first experience using movers, we really appreciated how positive they were!!! And how they dealt with us being a mess â plus were willing to be kind to our rabbits! All in all, we would recommend and use again!!!

Had a good experience with wild safari moving moving from booking and follow-up. We hired them to move commercial freezers. They were heavy. Marcus and his team made it easy. I was worried if they could pass the shop door. The crew solved the problem and we now have the freezers in the shop! The text from customer service said Marcus could handle anything. I guess they is true! Highly recommend.

This was an amazing team of workers! This was the load up day. I have no idea how Pablo was able to fit everything into the truckâ ¦ But he did so perfectly and carefully! I appreciated their kindness, there, cheerful spirits, and theyâ re definitely hard work ethic! They made a difficult move, a much easier one for me and I appreciate them so much. Pablo was a great leader of this team he listen to me and he was careful to do the job exactly as we planned.

The moving team was great to work with and the team leader listened to any concerns we had and addressed them. The next day they showed up at our new address and were just as efficient at unloading. They put everything in the correct room and even put our bed back together for us. We highly recommend wild safari moving and will use them if we move again.

Absolutely the best experience with this company!! This was our second move with them and we requested to have the same team because they were amazing the first time around. Second time around even better!!! They were fast and efficient, took very good care of our furniture and put it back together perfectly. They went above and beyond and helped us set up our couch and entertainment center, as well as took all the trash and boxes with them. I highly highly suggest this team and this company. I wonâ t ever use or recommend another company as long as weâ re in Illinois.

My experience was great and stress-free with this company from start to finish. I was given a fair estimate and the wild safari moving team was on time, professional, and worked quickly. For our out of state move, we had a specific time (like the exact time) for pick up in the Chicago area, and delivery to our new home. From what I understand, that is very unique for long distance moves. I highly recommend this company!

Their whole staff was so extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and caring! They did an amazing job with wrapping my big furniture to protect it. The best part is everything made it on and off the truck and in once piece! This was seriously a hassle free and stress free move because of them! Their rates are also super reasonable as well. I had a friend who was moving from a townhome to a house. They were going to move themselves and had a deadline to be out of the old property. As they were packing and getting ready they realized they were overwhelmed with the amount of furniture and boxes and realized they would never make in time. They called some other movers but with short notice they were all booked. She then called wild safari moving and Brent Garret came to the townhouse. He gave them a fair price and on short notice had a crew there who were great and got the job done. Thanks wild safari moving A job well done!

wild safari moving is the best. One thing I've seen from them is they will give accurate quotes right up front. Others will give a lowball offer only to revise when it's too late and charge much more than originally quoted. The movers are professionals as well.

Brent Garrett in sales walks you through the process, communicates throughout the move and makes sure it all happens correctly, on time and for the agreed upon price. I have had the pleasure of referring Ace to numerous people due to my profession with the same results. I'm sorry I could only give 5 stars, could easily go 6!
