My only complaint I have is the gentleman that came to the house for a quote did not count the amount of air duct vents to clean incorrectly. So I was only able to afford to have 50% of the vents cleaned.

Responsive, dependable, professional. I needed dog urine cleaning quick and thorough, and they did about the best that any carpet cleaning company could have done. I needed something to get me through to carpet replacement, and they did a great job! Hired them from another country, and they got me an appointment the very day I returned. Thanks Triple C!

Tom was exceptional in his knowledge and support. He met with insurance adjuster to provide a complete and accurate estimate of the cost. Further, he closely supervised and followed up on the work as it was being done. He was always available by cell phone for advise and questions. I found him to be an excellent example for what one would expect from any contractor.
