We recently hired Triple Crown Construction (TCM) to finish our basement. They did an excellent job from start to finish and we are happy to recommend their services. Mark Wilson, owner of TCM, gave us a fair and competitive bid at the outset. He also gave us an itemization of all work to be done and timetable for when it would be completed (approximately seven weeks). Robin, his project manager, made sure work was completed on time and in a professional manner. He let us know when workers were coming, what they would be doing, and how long they would be at the house. He also made sure the basement was kept clean. He answered all our questions (usually on the same day) and worked with us to ensure we were completely satisfied. Mark and Robin both went with us to choose materials such as tile and carpet. They were professional, courteous and honest throughout the entire process. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work and all our interactions with them

Triple Crown is great to business with. Both Mark and Robin are great guys and very professional. Thier work is high quality, my wife and would highly recommended them. We couldn t be happier with the finished basement construction project.

Personally, Mark is a great individual. Professionally, we had some challenges. Our basement remodel took two months over the anticipated completion date and there were weeks with no activity. There were many communication breakdowns throughout the project and quality control issues which we needed to address multiple times. Overall, we're satisfied with the completed project and are excited to enjoy our finished basement.

Mark is a fun personality to work with. Very responsive to questions and concerns - took care of minor issues at light speed. Robin is a great person to work with as well - again, very high standards, and attention to detail - very pleased with the end result. Would definitely hire them again!

My wife was very pleased with the workmanship and courtesy provided by all of Mark's subcontractors...everyone of them was personable and stopped what they were doing anytime we had questions and politely answered our questions. Mark, did a great job with our basement remodel. He had great ideas to make the space work best for us. He was on target with the bid - no surprises. What impressed me is the quality of his subcontractors and the rapport he has with them. The framers, the electrical, plumbing, tile, HVAC, etc ... all did an awesome job. Adding a gas fireplace to a finished basement is a complicated job and Triple Crown handled it beautifully. Coordination of the fireplace supplier, electrician, HVAC tech, framer, sheet rock professional, stone mason, trim carpenter and painter went flawlessly. The job site was kept clean, previous finishes were matched perfectly and all was delivered on time and budget. Any questions or changes were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. I would refer Triple Crown to anyone with my highest recommendation.
