Have paid in Full receipt. 2 Witness. Refused to finish, and refused to refund. BOGUS ADDRESS. Have legal papers for him. Do not hire him. Comes with a son. Acts nice. Called the cops on Me for calling him. Do not hire Him! Liar and a Thief. Do not turn your back on him. Loaded up and took off when I went to the Store.

Whatever you do, Do not Hire him. He is a Straight up liar. Paid in Full. Refused to finish the job or give me a Refund. Do not Hire him.

Jerry was a pleasure to work with and was excellent at what he does.He was so nice and easy to talk to.I would recommend him to everyone.

Jerry was very enthusiastic about the work and always brought a very positive attitude to the job site. He was able to work through difficult weather situations in order to complete the dirt/cement pad for our barn.

Called them for a quote and also was quoted a lower price from a competitor. And they texted me back staying "appreciate you wasting our time" would not use them bad attitude.

Jerry and John were great! Started the project quickly and communicated very well through completion. I decided to go with them because I felt Jerry was honest and took the time to listen. I’m so glad I decided to choose them. They really took the time to understand my expectations and was always available to talk. Sometimes it can be stressful if you can’t be at the site everyday, but these guys always kept my mind at ease. Just great people. If you want good work with people you can trust and have your best interest in mind, choose Jerry and John.

They started promptly and finished on time. Once hired the communication was excellent. They provided pictures at every stage of the project. Very trustworthy guys.

Jerry did a thorough job demolishing a large shed in my backyard, hauling off the debris, and cleaning up the site. He was very responsive and answered my calls right away.

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry Weeks and Triple J Land Services. I contracted this company to demolish my grandparents' old home outside of Lovelady, TX. From the very first conversation, Mr. Weeks was warm, friendly and extremely straightforward. He carefully listened to make sure he understood what I wanted, and asked the types of questions that demonstrated he knew exactly what it would take to complete the job safely and thoroughly. He allowed me to go back and forth between various family members to make sure we all were on the same page, and he patiently answered our questions. I appreciate the fact that he laid out multiple options and explained how we could cut costs. While his quote was not the lowest, it was well below most of the others we received. His quote was fair and reflected the actual amount needed to insure the job was done well and without any issues down the road (i.e. incomplete job, leftover debris or need for re-negotiation). Jerry arrived on time to start the demolition, but first encouraged me to do a final walk through of the house. He stood quietly right along beside me as I said my final goodbyes. He was sensitive and compassion the entire time. He did not just come knock down my family home, but instead showed great respect and care. Several times throughout the job, he climbed off his equipment to retrieve a family photo, funeral program or some other sentimental item we had somehow missed. When the job was done, every piece of debris was removed and the land was smoothed out beautifully. One wouldn't even be able to tell a house was ever there. I would describe Triple J Land Services as professional, thorough, respectful, honest, and fair. I would use them again, and recommend them to you without reservation.

I had a very pleasant experience with Triple J Landservices. This was a small land clearing project on undeveloped acreage in Grimes county. Jerry went above and beyond bringing his experience and ideas to my project. He built the curved road on the property and cleared the camp site area as well as leveled a sloping area for of the site. His customer service and communication is second to none. I am going to use them again.

Honest and up front

Triple J Landservice cleared 5 acres for us and built our house pad. They did a great job and completed the work on time. Very easy to work with and very polite guys.
