They responded quickly. They were personable. They used my bath towels to mop up toilet tank water and left the wet towels in the bathtub without telling me. I got an electronic receipt which was undifferentiated. No specification was made for the tout float installation, the faucet installation, or for tax. Total cost $200.

Very dissatisfied with the overall quality and the lack of communication of that company also disappointed for not completing the job I hire them for. That they did not bring a generator to complete their job instead they had a used my electrician and they kept knocking down the circuit breaker and they left a mess in my house they did not clean up very disappointed

I was contacted right away after filling out my request for a quote. They tried to come the same day but was unable to. Even though they ended up not coming until the next day, they kept in communication with me to let me know so I wasnâ t left wondering. They came the next day and weâ re polite and respectful. They got the problem fixed quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We will hire them again if needed.

Joseph was very nice. He called me immediately after I posted on Hone Advisor and set up an appointment for the next day(it was not an emergency). He called me when he was running late which I appreciated. Was upfront with a price.

Asked to have new system put in toilet tank. New system was installed and they said toilet was all set. I paid them. I had to go to work and when I returned home, there was a puddle. Found out that there was a slow leak. I had to call a professional to resolve the issue and out the funds. Very disappointed.

While the folks were pleasant who came to do the service, they were not transparent and upfront about their pricing and fees. I was charged an enormous amount that was not clear at the time of service, including a **lead fee** because they got our information from Angis list. Overall, I would not recommend and am disappointed in Angis list to use contractors that arent using the best business ethics on the site.

He did not fix the problem that I hire him for, he did not told me what it will cost, he did not gave a receipt, he will not take a check either, he promise me he will pay for the septic company to empty the tank and he did not showed up and I have not been able to contact him.

Very polite and efficient, Cleared the drain and removed 6" of broken snake ( that broke off from a previous contractors snake) Contactor never mentioned their equipment had broken and was left in my drain. Gates Home Repairs came back in 2 days and snake the drains, So far so good, Would highly recommend Gates Home Repairs
