The individual was very pleasant, and came on time. But we had wanted a thorough cleaning of a recently purchased home, and she didn't accomplish what we wanted. I had asked she clean the cabinets in the kitchen, and wipe down the insides of the cupboards and drawers. Some were done, and others not. I had to go back and redo quite a bit.

They were very prompt when they came for the appraisal and followed up with us after the fact. When we hired them for the location they went right to town and completed the job they were hired for. They had a large task in front of them and handled it well. Would hire again if needed

Laura actually got down on her hands and knees to wash and scrub my eight floors. My grandmother would be so proud! Laura did a fabulous job and completed the cleaning earlier than estimated. She has an excellent customer service attitude. I may call on her for regular cleaning.
