I have called Mr. Lopez for help with several projects and he always quotes a project for repair if possible and then goes to replacement if a reasonable fix is not an option. In this case, he replaced my garbage disposal unit with a new one, cleaned out my dryer vents to the outer wall, and then verified I have good insulation in my attic but that a cooling fan would not work up there related to my HOA rules. Thank you Frank I sure appreciate your help!

Can not rate Triple L high enough! After a bad contractor experience, Frank and team were easy to work with, friendly and overall a pleasure to have in our house. They were able to install baseboards and flooring in our basement in a few hours and we are extremely happy with the finished work. Will definitely be using them in the future for other projects. Frank and his crew not only painted and caulked all of my outside trim and doors but they also repaired a bathroom ceiling and a bedroom ceiling plus repainted the ceilings in both rooms. I was very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.
