I hired Nefi for cabinet refinishing, wood look tile installation and carpet installation. The cabinets are sticky and dirty The tile install was a horrendous experience. Sloppy set. Even WORSE grout job. *Missing grout throughout the floor. *Tile not cut/fit properly in some areas *Incomplete tile around base of toilets *no grout between tile and walls *Set my toilets in the bathtubs on MY WHITE bath towels and left toilets out for two days-I had to leave my house to use the restroom ! *Chipped my porcelain tub *My neighbor came to place toilets back *I did ALL cleanup for Nefi’s crew and hired someone to help me — Grout and stain left all over my countertops and doors and door frames and baseboards — Floors were left not cleaned after supposed grout install *I bought all materials and was expected to bring the materials to the contractor *Nefi left ALL trash in my garage AND best of all both he and his son Bradley blamed me!!!! Their workers apparently enjoyed my boat dock instead of working - neighbors let me know. Soooooo much more happened. ** I have OVER 40 pictures of his destruction of my home as well as all text correspondence. He apologized but did not give me back the $1300 down payment for tile install nor refunded the $1400 for cabinet refinishing. A total nightmare I will have to have the floors completely redone. Now looking for a real contractor.
