The repair was quick and it save a lot of troubles. It had to be done and desperation brings settling with what ever one can get so it ended up being more expensive that I was planning on. At least Triple T was available before the problem became worse.

Timely - came when they said they would or called if they were delayed. Good to educate me about furnaces in general and their product specifically. Respectful of my home - foot covers while in the home/ left the work area cleaned up and garbage disposed of. Took care of what needed to be done (filling out forms, instructions, etc.) to claim rebates and tax credits so I didn't have to worry about it. Thank you!! Very courteous and pleasant to work witih. Had a great experience and so far the furnace is working beautifully!
