I would not suggest Pool Boys for pool work. I rated Customer Service as a 1 only because 0 was not an option. I had a pump issue which they quickly sent someone to diagnose and repair. Said I needed a new motor. I sent him the nameplate info from the existing motor so he could come prepared. Apparently, he could not interpret the model which identified it as a square flange. So he brought the wrong one. No worries until they charged me an additional 1 hr service and he had to come back the next day. They eventually removed the hour after I complained. The next day the work was done except the inlet fitting was leaking. It had a very small leak before which he was unable to fix. Told him to leave it and I would deal with it. I had to shut the pump down a couple of days and when I turned it back on the pump would not draw a suction. I also noticed the water was leaking INTO the new motor. I contacted Pool Boys and the person directly several times. He responded he would be out Tues, Wed, or no later than Thursday. I have not heard a word back despite leaving several voice and text messages. My pool sits with no circulation, so, I have reached out to someone else to come fix it. Lesson learned. Thought I could help others from also falling victim.
