I have been trying for three month to have this company come out and repair the drains that were cut, and are now draining into my septic tank. They will not even answer my phone calls or text. They have made promises to me and never show up. I have a smelly mess in my back yard that I need cleaned up. I don't believe that a normal house hold should fill a 1000 gallon septic tank that runs into the drain field and seep to the surface as this does. It was pumped and repaired in March and has been doing this since October. I first called Trish at Trison in Oct. and told her about this problem. She has promised A FIX MANY TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. This was done in March and the drains from two of my gutters down spouts were cut when the septic tank repair and pump was done. We informed the tech of this but he did not repair the drains. They have been draining into the septic tank and this pushes everything out threw the drain field. I currently have a mess in my back yard that no one seems to care anything about. They said they would have a team out on Feb. 3,2020 and no one ever showed. Now I cannot even get anyone to answer my calls or return my calls. I have been trying for over three months to get this situation resolved and nothing has been done. I am about to go to Hall County health department and see if they can tell me what I have to do and how much it will cost me to repair what this company has screwed up. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING. 02/12/20 They finally sent a crew out and took drains out past septic tank. A gentle Ted E, came and did that. He and I discussed that the septic tank needed draining and the draining field flooded. My yard slopes down from the where the septic tank is. Ted the tech took pictures of where the drain field is and showed it was saturated. At this point I will have Trisha run paperwork and she will call Monday 02/17/20 with a resolution. No one had called me. I called them Monday 02/17/20 and Trisha said they had discussed the situation but had a meeting to attend with Cedric, the filed president. They did not get back to me. I called Trisha 02/21/20 and was told that they are done with and have done more than enough to help me.Will not help me period. No one will answer or respond to me. I was refereed to the county of public health, ultimately I have been refereed to Georgia State Licensing Board in regard to this company.

"I?m sorry for your bad experience. We made repairs to your system in March of 2019. At this time we informed you that your drain field was failing. You said you knew that. We pumped your tank and pumped your drain field. This was to give the soil time to recover. Yes my septic tech did damage your gutter extension. This damage happened because the line was to close to the tank. In order for us to perform the work it had to be moved. I send Ted to repair your line and he also added more line to redirect the rain water. We did this at no additional cost to you. He explained to you that the water that runs from the adjacent property down throug"

They replaced rotted wood on my back deck. The boards they replaced were crocked and cut at different lengths with bad spacing. When I called to complain they ask for pictures but did nothing. No phone call back... the girl Trisha was very rude. Now I have another company coming out to fix the damage. Trison does not stand behind their work.

"Im sorry your not satisfied with the work that was performed. We do stand behind our work. We spoke to you on a Friday and forwarded the pictures to the home owner for review. We had to wait until Monday to hear back from them. We complete over 100 jobs each month with over 95% satisfaction. Once you started sending threats in all caps and referring to us as you people we asked the company that you rent from that hired us to perform the work on the home your renting to re assign the work order to another company. Im sure that they will have the repairs completed to your satisfaction Thanks"

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START INSTALLING MY NEW DRAIN FIELD A WEEK AGO. HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM.
