Mike was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. In spite of my hectic schedule, he stayed in touch by phone and arranged a good time for my service call. When he finished another job sooner than expected, he called again to ask if it was convenient to come early. He serviced my fireplace, solved my problem and explained everything he was doing. My equipment is working beautifully. I'll definitely call him again.
