They came out to fix the issue I needed fixed but also fixed other additional issues.This was very welcomed. The cost was very reasonable and service was friendly.

Ronnie is professional, attentive to my needs and a very honest businessman. I trust them and I am their long term customer.

I was in a bind with our house for sale and an Open House less than 48 hours away. We had lots of algae. They came out with very little notice and did an outstanding job making my pool sparkle, contribution to the quick sale of the house. If I still had a pool I would definitely use them again!! They took 2-3 x longer than quoted to finish, they left garbage all over the yard and the job still looks unfinished

I hired him to open the pool and ending up in getting the pump fixed had a crack in manifold put on a new light which was out and the pool was very very dirty. It ran more than expected but I have a almostworking pool. Like I said it was very very dirty. Am very satisfied w It's all of it. Will get him if and when needed

I hired this company to open my above ground pool last summer. One man showed up for a two-man job and dumped everything off the cover into the pool. I was then told to turn on the pump when the water reached a level high enough to filter. What this man failed to do was check the water connections on the filter system, which began to leak when the water reached the skimmer - leaked right onto the electrical plug on which he left the water proof cover off, which shorted out the electrical plug, which cost me more money to have repaired. Once the electrical was repaired, I asked this company to come finish the opening process on the pool. The same guy showed up only to tell me my pump was broken. The man confessed to me he did NOT have experience with above ground pools. Come to find out, there was a switch on the pump he should have known about that he forgot to turn on. Needless to say, I bought the chemicals and invested my own time to finish the opening process myself and kept my pool wonderfully clean all summer. Maybe I should open a pool service of my own :-). I tried to contact this company again to let them know the pool was open and running and wanted to ask them to do the summer cleaning and maintenance to the pool. The owner of the company with whom I had been in contact during the entire process would not return my calls. I give this company a very poor rating, and I will only give poor word of mouth advertising for this company.

Andrew worked for several hours in the hot sun to repair the pool and clean it. This he did for two days and he explained what he was doing for me as he went along. He explained the difficulties we were having so that we could help with the repair. I was very proud of his hard work. Ronnie followed up on the broken pump with more repairs. He was very courteous.

We had a company that was putting to much chemicals in our pool , and our little Girl had skin break outs from it, then tri star pools came the same day I called and fixed every thing. Thank you so much tri star pools.

I paid him up front - at his request. He started - drained most of the water, said he needed power for his vacuum. I made that available, but I haven't seen nor heard from him since. It's been about 30 days. As a result - enough water was out of the liner for a long enough time that the liner developed large rips and I was told that I would have to have it replaced. I was also told that he did not do this, but would refer me to a company which did; however, I've heard nothing for 3-4 weeks, and I have a large empty hole in my yard where the pool used to be. Got anyone else who can help me?

The service was prompt and the pool is doing well now. However, I am not sure that Richard did everything that Ronnie said he would do. When Richard finished he told me how much the bill was and I paid by check. Richard said Ronnie would send me a statement. I have not received a statement .

Ronnie did a wonderful job opening my swimming pool. He answered all my calls immediately; was prompt at getting out to my house and giving me a bid, which was a good price and his work was professionally done and in good time. I couldn't ask for more and will call him again.

We are very pleased with the service they perform. We highly recommend them.
