Tristate property Solutions is a family owned and operated business located in Cecil County Maryland that is fully insured and licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania. We specialize in creating and maintaining outdoor living spaces. Our maintenance division will maintain your lawn and landscape with services that include weekly mowing of your lawn, controlling weeds in your planting areas, trimming your bushes and installing mulch. We have multiple specialized crews in our installation division to handle any of your needs, such as retaining walls, pavers, concrete, landscapes and decks. We can design and install a custom landscape, patio or deck for your outdoor living enjoyment. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with excellent service. I met with the guy, got a price, scheduled the work. Rescheduled (on his part) one time and then he just didn't show up on the day he was scheduled to do the work. No return calls from him after leaving several messages on office and cell phones. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this business.

Rerouted and consolidated down spouts. Very pleased with the results and appearance of the new deck
