I ll keep it short and to the point. DO NOT CALL ANY one till you let tri-State look at your contracting needs and listen to what they have to say and the advice along with there price for the work you need done . They replaced my roof in 7 hours start to finish. This included removing my old roof and cleaning up all debris . OOOOO and did I mention they gave me the best price out of 5 companies I called !!! Re-roofing is NOT a fun experience--I had no idea complete tear-off would be so costly & decided to go with a "lay-over" of shingles over the original shingles. Roland answered all my questions, and even telephoned for more technical info to GAF supplier on a very odd question I had! Moreover, I originally wanted the lightest color to reflect solar energy, but he pointed out it was actually a light grey & would not look right with my siding) and his color suggestion looked great when the roof was done. Best of all, his workmanship warranty was much longer than others who quoted, a sign he KNOWS the quality of workmanship his company provides!

The owner is very knowledgeable and he makes sure you understand the process. I had three roofing companies to give estimates on getting a new roof. This company was the only one that went on my roof to access. Because he took the time to check my roof, he discovered that my insurance company would cover most of the cost. Roland the owner walked me through the process of filling out the insurance claim. He also met the claim agent at my location to show him the damages. I feel so blessed to have called him for a quote. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks, TRI-STATE for a job well done.
