We had a new patio installed, and the entire experience was great from start to finish! The crew was professional, clean-cut, friendly, and respectful of our property. They did an excellent job, worked smoothly, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The quality of the work was great, and the price was fair. Awful: sloppy work, left unfinished, mess left behind, phone calls ghosted. Do not hire. I thought Angi vetted the contractors it listed, apparently not well.

Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. It was clear that their team has a strong engineering and structural repair background. Since they also specialize in foundation and structural repairs, I felt confident in their ability to design and build a patio that would last. I’m very happy with my whole experience. Highly recommend!

I hired TriState to lift and stabilize my front porch after several other companies recommended a full replacement costing over $10,000. TriState offered a much more reasonable solution at $3,500, and the results were fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They required no money down, which immediately put me at ease, and their professionalism and workmanship exceeded my expectations. My porch looks great and feels completely secure again. I?m so glad I found them in Clipper Magazine?I usually rely on Angi for home projects, but this was a great find.
