Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance.
