Tristate Surveying, Inc. is a small family owned & operated business established in 2001. My wife & I seek to provide the best value to our clients as we let our quality of work dictate our quantity of work. Our passion & expertise within the profession is the realm of boundary surveying; including land law & legal issues. In the real property interest of our clients, I have sat for depositions and provided expert witness testimony on their behalf for court cases. I have been involved in 'police escort' surveys in both Lancaster County, NE & Jefferson County, CO. I have performed under the authority of the county surveyor in both Seward County, NE & Eagle County, CO. Our clients include attorneys, architects, engineers & builders.
