Rain delays prevented John from cleaning out our gutters and downspouts when scheduled, but he was able to reschedule for a later time. He unclogged and cleared out the gutters and downspouts, and communicated with us before and after the work was done. He is professional, knowledgable, and polite, and we were very happy with the work done.

Had issues with the contractor concerning the verbal communications of the work to be done and how the payment would be made. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done but I will from now on want the work and payment to be written down as part of the service agreement to avoid this issue from being repeated in the future.
