This contractor showed up when he said he would and he performed the work on the day he said he would. Two things that some contractors have forgotten when it comes to customer service. His quote for the work was very reasonable and the end price didn't include any surprises. I will keep this company in mind should we have any future needs. I highly recommend.

Mark is a highly intelligent and skilled builder. He has handled numerous additions and renovations for my family members and friends over the years including a house relocation/move. He has remodeled my sister's house on the Isle of Palms, two houses for me in Mount Pleasant and my parent's house on Shem Creek/Charleston Harbor. Over the last twenty years I have seen him personally perform all of the subcontractor fields except for masonry/brick work. Being a co-owner of Google's number one rated marble and granite shop in Charleston doesn't hurt either. His father was an engineer and Mark's electrical knowledge is excellent. His step-father was a leader in the commercial and residential insurance claim damage repair industry across South Carolina and was one of the original founders of the CTHBA and an officer in NAHB, so Mark grew up in the construction industry. If you are dealing with an insurance claim, Mark is one of the top Exactimate estimators in the state. This is very important because this is the software 90% of the insurance adjusters utilize to price the scope of repairs/damage. In addition to building houses from the ground up, I have seen him transform heavily water and fire damaged houses into beautiful homes that were better than before the loss.
