I wish I could give Triton Exteriors zero stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had gutters installed on one side of my house, and the result has been devastating. The gutters they installed caused over $3,000 worth of water damage, and now I need to completely replace the drywall in my living room. The level of damage is beyond frustrating. When I reached out to them to address the issue, Dave Mason, the representative, was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or even offering a helpful solution, he seemed uninterested and condescending. His attitude only added to my growing frustration. He kept denying any involvement in the water issue however he even stated that the gutters did not seem to be installed correctly!! I've had multiple roofing and gutter experts inspect the damage, and they all point to the gutters as the root cause. Itâ  s clear that the installation was faulty, yet Triton Exteriors. has done nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this company if you value your home and your sanity. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is terrible, and their response to issues is appalling. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.

I was very pleased with the work that was performed on my daughter Carlys garage renovation. Blake did a fantastic job and was extremely detailed. He cleaned up as he worked and left her property in pristine condition. I would definitely use this company again and also tell all my friends and relatives to give them a call

We had a major hailstorm that destroyed our roof. I met with Tim to discuss options and he was professional and courteous from day one. He provided his professional opinion about replacement being needed, assisted me with the claim process and even came onsite when the adjuster was scheduled. Once the work was approved he began as soon as possible and got it done fast. He was checking in on the progress constantly and checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied in the process. After all was said and done the new roof looked great and I would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking exterior work. Thanks Tim & team, keep up the great work!

They inserted two nails and charged me $260. They obviously didn;t know how to make the repair. I would never hire them again.

My whole experience with Triton Exteriors from Tim Nesbit who came to my home for the initial bid, to Marshall who actually did the carpentry work, to Dana House the office manager who set everything up, I was totally satisfied. The bid was very reasonable, the roof truss work was done to code and everything looked great. Everyone at Triton was very personable and professional...will definitely call them for any future work.

The scheduling email that was supposed to be routing by the office manager did not get to the salesman, resulting in about a week delay in installation. Other than that hiccup I can say I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and material. The new larger gutters, with gutter guards, matched the previous color (not white) so closely, and were installed so accurately, than when I first pulled into the driveway I honestly thought the replacement hadn't been done. I can't imagine a better replacement!
