Aj's called me right away, came out the next day. I did some trouble shooting on line to be knowledge about how to communicate what my problem was either with my furnace or it was my furnace thermostat. Anthony was very pleasant, diagnosed my furnace was okay and my problem, needed a new thermostat. He installed a nice programmable" Emerson" thermostat, furnace is running/heating like it should. Yahh!!!!! No longer need to wear my coat to keep warm.

My furnace didn t seem to be kicking on. Did some calling around and they weren t price gauging like so many others. Anthony was very friendly on the phone, got an appointment within a day or two. They actually showed up within the time frame given!!! Called to let me know when they were on there way so I wasn t sitting and watching the clock irritated. He assessed the situation, let me know what needed to be done, resolved the issue, left with his work area clean! In and out, just the way I like it!
