Trophy Lawns, LLC

Mark and his crew were very professional and friendly. They got every last twig and bit from the clean up piles we had made. I will definitely have them help us again. Awesome company!

The job required trimming a large number of unruly bushes/shrubs/tree branches. The crew used good judgement and completed the job in a professional manner.

Mark took extra time to prepare my yard to get mowed. He mowed it twice. My yard was in rough shape. Very happy with my yard now.

Mark was great, I'm out of town and he was able to give me an estimate for the snow removal and complete the job before I needed it.

Great team, I never have to worry about my driveway being cleared on time. I appreciate the service!

The do a great job with a challenging circular driveway, and always have it cleared promptly.

Hired for snow plowing one year only in 2015. First plow of the season they came well before the storm was over and I came home from work thinking they had not yet plowed and had to call and there seemed to be an attitude. Whoever came back to plow later drove up the driveway like a race car and since the ground wasn't frozen yet, it tore up a good section of my driveway which I admit was cracked but had been that way for a few years and no other plow drivers ever tore it up. Experienced plow drivers know to raise plow slightly when the ground is not yet frozen so as not to tear up loose blacktop and turf. I know this since I used to plow myself and worked with other plow drivers in the past. Subsequent plows were messy with a poor job fanning the end of driveway at street and mailbox and did not backblade in front of garage door. I usually had to go out after and snowblower myself to clean it up. Also requests I had made about where I wanted the snow put were not honored. One time there were two guys laughing their heads off as they came driving up the driveway so fast and wrecklessly that I thought they were going to crash into the hill at the end of the driveway. The owner seemed very nice when first hired and he came in the fall to evaluate the driveway. Not sure who he has doing the plowing but I would not use again.

They did a really nice job! I'm very happy with them.

Mark always takes time to listen to your needs and go over the plan. He is very fair with his pricing and takes pride in his company.

only complaint is worker order doesn't contain special requests addressed at original interview

Mark was very nice and knowledgeable

Great customer service!

...

The day he received my request for plowing he was giving a fair quote and plowing the next day what a difference between the last few years to now thank you

Extremely responsive and easy to work with; great value on driveway snow-removal

Trophy Lawns, LLC went and beyond

I have been using Trophy Lawns for the past 2 years for snow removal and have had extreme confidence in Mark and his crew. Recently I had a tree issue so I called Mark and was once again thankful for the professional service I received. Trophy Lawn has always been professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I would definitely refer Trophy Lawns for service.

There was a few things that needed more work so I called the owner and he sent back the workers and they did what needed to be done. The owner was very understanding and made sure the work got done. Thanks Mark!!

I have just hired Mark, so the work has not started yet. He comes highly recommended and graves me some helpful tips, even before agreeing to use his company. Very professional.

I have been very satisfied with Trophy for several years. This past winter, however, there were a couple of problems that caused my plowing to not get done. I trust that his crew will have it more together this coming winter.

Mark was easy to communicate with, prompt, and helpful.

I am a continuing customer over 3 or 4 years, the workmanship is very outstanding. They come in and work as a team. They have over an acre of land to do at my house and they do it in an hour and a half or less. I tell people wherever I can about them, They are the best in the area. I also use them for snow plowing.

I would definitely recommend

Thsnksgiving was at our house and our snow blower was broke! Party still on thanks to a great job.
