Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
The price is a little painful but they seem to be competitive. I had a terrible clover problem in my back yard and I tried the OTC stuff to get rid of it but could not. TropicGreen took away my clovers within a very short time and my lawn seems to be getting better. Still have a fungus problem that they are working on a year later and I am hoping they can make it go away. Very friendly and they always take time to give me advice when I ask for it.

So far, this company has been outstanding. Their prices are VERY fair. Super friendly. Want to talk about knowledgeable people???? These are them. Our lawn and trees have never looked better. We are so proud of our lawn.

Bob came out 2 weeks ago and did an analysis of our lawn and said someone would be out in a week or two. Two weeks later we haven't heard from anyone. I guess I need to start over.

I received a call back from TropicGreen Lawn and Tree Care almost immediately. After a brief description of the condition of my trees, Mr. Sieber was able to make a preliminary diagnosis of the problem. He set a specific time to come to my home, none of the "noon to 4PM" nonsense and he was here at the appointed time. He evaluated my trees, confirmed his original diagnosis and gave me a firm bid which was extremely reasonable. After the work was completed he gave me solid ideas of what I can do to prevent future problems and improve the health of my trees, shrubs and lawn. Great job!! Definitely will use his services in the future.

I hired TropicGreen one week ago to spray 4 large Blue Spruce trees, and they have yet to come out to my house even though they said they would be there in a day or two. Also, on 2 different occasions I asked for a written bid and schedule of the spraying and have never received that either.

Lawn Care Aeration
I was told that I would be contacted the day before any work was done, the first time I was contacted I asked them not to do that round of weed and feed and they said that was ok and they would schedule the aeration at a later time. About a week later they showed up unannounced and applied the weed and feed that I had asked them not to apply. They sprayed the weed and feed into my wife's flower beds killing about half of the flowers. Then a week later they showed up unannounced again to aerate the lawn. Since they had given me no notice, I had not watered the lawn the night before and the plugs pulled were no deeper than an inch.

"This customer was there when we showed up to do the fertilizer application. His application consisted of granular fertilizer with no post emergent weed control. If his flowers died off, it was due to the round-up he was spraying to rid his garden of weeds. The plugs pulled during the aeration were 2 to 2 and a half inches. We actually had to remove weight because he had a shallow sprinkler system"

They called me right away and came to my house to spray my tree just a couple of hours later and left hte bill on my door. How effective the spraying was I wont know til next year.

"This customer ordered a mite spray to kill mites that were actively eating his lawn. The best time to spray mites is when it is dry and warm, however with the recent wet weather we did not spray because the mites weren't actively feeding and the spray would have been ineffective, this would have resulted in the customer wasting his money. We called the customer and informed him of this."

The weeds are still there and are not showing any sign of dying. When I called back the man I spoke with assured me that they would begin to die in a week but nothing yet. It was expensive, over $90, and I want to make sure the weeds are gone and that we can enjoy our lawn. I have called 3 times since and asked for return calls but he will not answer the calls and only messages can be left. He has poor customer service skills in my opinion and was rude when he did talk to me. I do not want them to come back to my home ever again. Please contact them with that request. Thank you.
