Tropical Landscaping

These people destroyed the aesthetics of our backyard. They charged us 350.00 to do yard clean up. We asked for a trim of the ivy TOP that covered a fence that runs the entire length of our backyard. They butchered the ivy revealing huge areas of a very very old fence. It is the first thing you see and it is horrible. I have a business and that is what my clients will see when they open the gate to enter the business. Their response? It will grow back. That will likely take many months and in the meantime the backyard of our beautiful 75 year old home will be an eyesore. Very very disappointed and angry.

Excellent excellent excellent!!!! My front yard had been neglected for too long and I needed to get it cleaned up as soon as possible. Nuno squeezed me in to his already very busy schedule with very short notice. The guys showed up this morning as promised and did a GREAT job at a very reasonable price. I am so impressed ... I have definitely found my new landscaping service! :)

I received immediate help on a sprinkler flooding problem. The owner came out on a Saturday to fix this issue for me, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was extremely reasonable and the repair completed quickly. I will hire Tropical Landscaping again for some back yard cleanup and sprinkler repair.

Quality of work was poor!!! They had no supplies to do their job such as drips sprinkler heads, hose, ect.. They never rototiller before laying the sod down they did not take out old soil and only put two bags of new soil on top of our existence soil, which is what we talked about. Electrical tape was used to fix a hole in drip line, and items were strategically place to hide unresolved problems.Thejob was never finished and we regret hiring this company. If the job required more hours or labor we would have happily paid to have it done and done right!!

There was no mowing just weed clean-up. I thought there would be more work done for the money. He did promise to come back and do more, for more money, of course.

The owner is very nice. Showed up on time. Did an awesome job in a very short time frame and double checked to make sure I was satisfied. Great prices too!!!

Two very hard working men showed up on time and went immediately to work cleaning up my unruly yard. They left with yard looking mowed, plants trimmed and edges manicured. Well done.

They did a good job,but....after I gave a good recommendation to a big commercial job they bid on and got, they dropped me as a client to do that job! On the day they were suppose to do my yard! No advanced notice! By text, not even in person or phone!!

I originally hired them in July. I was very happy with them as you can tell from previous review. By the 2nd week of Sept they had changed the day and time of the service 3 different times. Which I didn't mind as long as I knew when they were going to be there. The last time Donnie said they were getting days arranged and that it would be the same day from now on. I said O.K. They never showed up again. I called many times and the mailbox was always full so unable to leave message. I sent a text and did not receive a response. Have never heard from them again. In the beginning I told them my only concern was that they were from Hilmar and I'm in Riverbank. The owner assured me that they had plenty of business in this area and the man power to do the job. Apparently not. Both the owner and Donnie were very personable and they made my yards look great. They just walked away from the job without a word. Thus my new rating.

This is the second week. The yard and lawn look great. I haven't been home when they have been here but I'm guessing that since it looks so good that the customer service must be good too.
