Tropical Property Management, LLC

Very courteous and helpful staff

Very professional and a pleasure to work with. The salesman answered the phone every time I called with a question. The installers were hard workers and polite.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tropical Property Management. They widened our paver driveway and matched it up perfectly with existing pavers. They were very prompt and their cost was considerably lower. In fact other contractors said they wouldn’t even give us a quote unless job was at least $3000.O0. Tropical was very professional and did excellent work. Our HOA tries to persuade us to go with companies they recommend but 2x the price. We highly recommend them.

Great job.

First, Cyndi, the designer, did a great job in working with us to develop a landscape plan that gave our new pool privacy, but at the same time, kept our great view of the lake behind our home, a difficult requirement. The installation was excellent. The entire crew was very professional and worked with our requirements on soil amending, and raising beds to keep the feet of our new tropical fruit trees **;dry** Changes in plans were easy, and the entire company bent over backwards to ensure that we got what we wanted. They completed the back and side yards on time and in our allotted budget. We are going to do the front yard next year with them. Great value, great company - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cindi with Tropical Property Management helped make my outdoor dreams come true. She took my hand drawn landscaping ideas and added her professional expertise to complete a beautiful addition to my new paver patio. I found Cindi to be professional and fun to work with. On installation day, she worked side by side her workers to make sure I was pleased with every part of the project. You will not be disappointed with Cindi or Tropical Property Management ?

extremely helpful

Fast, clean, efficient

Did everything they said they would do, paver project came out excellent. Cleaned up each day and just an all around good experience. Even made suggestions which turned out giving us more useable space at our entry way.

TPM was a PLEASURE to deal with and I am very happy with the job they did. Truly changed the entire look of a boring home!

I have future work that needs to be done and they will be my go to. Excellent work.

I truly cannot say enough positive about this company, especially their landscaping design and install services (Cyndi Brett). We have hired them on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. The entire job (design, planting and after completion service) is professional, timely and without problems....which is such a rarity these days. I will most definitely use them again!

Professional and meticulous in their overall performance. I am highly satisfied with the paver projects they completed for me. Would hire them again.
