Scott was using a crew with ladders long enough to do the job. His subcontractors did not provide the service on two different occasions and he had to get someone else. This was not Scott's fault in the job getting delayed. The completed job was satisfactory and I would use his service for future repairs.

The response was quick to my call however the shutter on the front of my home which he *fixed* less than 2 months ago is broken again in the exact same place as before. Obviously it was not reattached properly.

I had several repairs that I wanted to have done, and Scott said he could take care of all of them. He set a date and a time and came exactly as promised. He worked quickly, and he was a perfectionist. I have more work for him to do in a couple of weeks. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a handyman with a variety of skills! It is two weeks later, and I have added some more tasks for Scott to do for me. He picked up a door I ordered that was the wrong size and he exchanged it. He will be installing the storm door and fixing a broken chain link fence. He can handle a variety of projects, and he does excellent work, so I expect I will have many more projects for him to do.
