I itemize every estimate I do and send it direct and immediate to a given phone number or email address--we are very transparent and we all hardly feel that this unflattering review is justifiable Kim! Every client of ours is informed on estimated work and we are proud to claim high quality and standards of the work we do, the scope of which is defined by clients desires.
