"Karen, we did a walk through with you to address every item you wanted pruned before we left the site, as we do every job and you were very pleased and offered out of the blue to write us a review and so I sent over the instructions and then next week you called to say we missed pruning a juniper bush and we left a hose out, and we came back to see and was no hose and you had already had someone do you juniper. This review isn't congruent. I just called you now, and you said we did a great job."
