Great group of guys! It’s hard to find good trust worthy electricians but that’s just what I found with Troy Bettis Electric. Will definitely be using them again with my basement finishing.

Very professional quality work

Very trustworthy, detail oriented and patient! This is a group of guys that you do not have to worry about! I really appreciate the patience that they showed and the ability to change things on the fly without missing a beat. I know certain things were a handful and they know what I mean! Thank you!

My problem was unique and I couldn't find the cause of the problem. These guys figured it out and fixed the problem. Great job!

Timely, efficient, courteous, professional.

Troy was very friendly and seemed to be attentive to my questions. He gave me a verbal price and scheduled the appointment for 8:30am. The team did not show and when I called an hour after the scheduled arrival Troy informed me that he actually had me scheduled for 1:30pm. The gentleman arrived and were very nice. The work order evidently did not inform them of what needed to be done so they didn't have the plate cover for the light switch. I had to go to home depot and attach myself. Once the work was complete and time to pay, they informed me that the cost wasv$115 MORE than what was originally quoted. After calling Troy to question this he said"I an so sorry, I must have mixed up your work order with another client" While this was just a simple small project, I was hoping to use them for a larger home project. Not convinced that they would be the right choice for me.

Overall, I thought their work was excellent, although I was surprised to learn that the fan that was working perfectly until the breaker died, was also dead. My biggest problem was sticker shock. I was quoted an initial estimate, and was prepared for it to go up. I was NOT PREPARED for it to double.better communication along the way might have helped, but as it is, I donâ t know when I can afford to contact them again𠤦â â ï¸

Troy s pricing was very competitive and he was willing to let me do some of the work (burying conduit pipe) models to help save some money. His team showed up when promised and did a fantastic job and got it all done in one day. I would definitely hire them again!!!

Troy Bettis has no integrity. He claims to be a man of the cloth. He is a wolf in sheep clothing. His sub-contractor (Dan) does excellent work however, he is ruled by Troy. Please do not give them any money before the work is completed. He will not finish. This does not appear to be attributes of a **Godly man**. He has a dark heart. Choose an honest electrician.

Loved getting this project done. Troy replies to my quote request right away and personally came out the next day. His offer to do the work came within the estimates posted on Home Advisor and then he worked out a price that fit my budget and got to work the same week. So one week and project is complete. Great work and we feel so much safer

Great experience

Was very pleased with my experience with Bettis Electric. I went online and Troy called me right back and had his crew out to my house the next morning. I had several other jobs for them, and they were able to complete it in one visit. I for sure will call them again with any electrical problems I might have in the future.
