We have over 15 years of experience on our staff. We service all makes and models of residential air conditioning equipment and are available for emergency after hours repairs. We can design, install and service your equipment for life. We also design, service and install commercial refrigeration equipment and air conditioning. We strive to be on time and will treat your property with the same quality craftsmanship that we would our own. We give free estimates on installation projects and we give free estimates on repair jobs that we will be doing the repair on. We speak English and German!

This is the best chest and air company I have ever dealt with. They were prompt, professional, thorough, honest and friendly. I cannot think of one single complaint. Ron explained everything he could do and different solutions to my problem. He gave me absolutely the best price possible for the job he did. Hopefully I don’t need more work for quite some time but they are the company I will use from now on. I recommend this company highly.

Ron is always polite and professional. He is great with explaining what is going on and what need or does not need done. He worked with our home warranty company and kept us informed on the process. When he was finished, he cleaned up and left my attic and yard looking as good as it did when he arrived. He is the only HVAC guy I will recommend.

Ron was recommended to me by a friend as a very reputable, friendly guy. I called about my A/C unit, and he was at my home literally less than a couple of hours. This gentleman exceeded my expectations in every way. Very professional and knowledgeable... he told me my problem could wait a bit and what to look out for in the meantime. So happy for the excellent service today and know who to call now for future repairs. As a single parent, it s nice to have someone to call that I can trust. Wish there were more than just 5 stars. 😊

A/C stopped working early on a hot Friday evening - imagine that. Within an hour and a half of first speaking with Troy Heating and Air they were at our door. The problem was determined and repaired within about 30 minutes or so. We found this company to be friendly, efficient, and reasonable when it comes to cost. They certainly saved us from a night at a hotel - thanks again!

Our ac went out so we called troys heating and air and they were able to come out to our house the same day. The technician was very polite, trustworthy, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (our blower motor was out) and let us know right then and there the approximate cost with and without a warranty (which were a relatively good price). He checked on the warranty the next day (bc he had come to our house after 5pm) and ours was not covered and told me he would have to order the motor. There was a problem with shipping so he drove up to waco to get the motor for us free of charge. He also came to our house on Sunday (his usual day off) to ensure our ac was fixed asap. We were very impressed with troys and if we have any more ac issues they will be the only ones we call.

We had Ron come out for a simple Maintenance Check (first time checkup for the AC unit at our new house), and we are super glad we found him!
