BJ is fricking amazeballs!!!!! I have NEVER met a kinder and more wonderful person in y entire life. He saw that my trashcan in my kitchen was full......and he took out my trash. Please give him a raise he's a keeper!!!

The service tech (Norman Turner) that came out to do the repairs was awesome. He's very professional and knowledgeable. The work and price was well worth it. I high recommend Troy and Sons plumbing.

Troy returned my call quickly. He sent out Josh and Norman the same day. They were professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

My water heater died, and I needed a new one installed ASAP. I was contacted within 15 minutes of placing my request for service, and they were on site within 2.5 hrs. Given the circumstances I was very pleased with their responsiveness and their work.

*****Update*** Got a call from company and they apologized for the overcharge and informed me they were sending me a check for $75. I never asked them to do that, they just did it on their own! Just got the check in the mail. Will definitely use them again! They earned my trust back!**** He charged me $225 to install one kitchen faucet! That's more than the cost of the faucet. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Too expensive!

Tammy in the office communicated with me during the week, which I really appreciated. I set an appointment for 2 pm, and she called to let me know they have a window of 2 hours. However, the tech was there when I arrived at 2:05 pm. He quickly got to work, even had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly. Repaired the water line under the sink and replaced my tub fixtures. He explained exactly what he was doing, and also what I would need to do in the future. And I had a written estimate before he began any work. They aren't cheap, but for such great (and super-prompt) service, I'm willing to pay for it. Especially on a Friday afternoon!
