Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Hired Troyer Landscape to build a deck over existing concrete slab. Started by setting post incorrectly (not placed "square"). "Correction" was also not satisfactory as posts are now unstable. Also showed up with deck boards that were not the product we selected and agreed to. Sent a letter and a follow up certified letter which was REFUSED by Troyer Landscape. Call the number shown and no answer, not even their voicemail so I could relay a message. I am out $1836 up front money and no deck. I will now have to spend more money and contact an attorney to resolve this matter. 0 stars.
