Troyers Tree Service

Troyer?s tree service gave my elderly parents a quote to remove a tree and complete some trimmings in early April. They gave him a deposit of $260. The work was never completed and excuses were given every week of why they could not come. They requested their deposit back multiple times and calls and messages have not been returned. This is disgusting customer service and outright stealing from elderly customers. The company should be ashamed.

He never showed up and kept my deposit

They gave a quote on Saturday. On Monday they called back to check, and I said I wanted them to do the job. They came the NEXT DAY. They removed a 90 foot tree from my backyard, using a crane to move it piece by piece to the front, chipped the branches and had everything cleaned up and were gone in jist over 2 hours. Very pleasant people, even allowed me to split the payment in half. When we are ready to get the next tree taken down I will DEFINITELY call them again.

Why are you requesting this, I already completed this, your system is broken, please fix this and stop bothering me!

Ray Troyer is just AMAZING! His crew is fabulous! Everyone was polite, professional, and took care to not damage the yard or house. They cleaned everything up and were careful to make sure there were no dangerous branches hanging. They took down 5 trees and cut-up two separate trees that had already fallen in TWO HOURS! I still can't believe how fast and efficient they worked! Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Ray is the brother-in-law to Ben Miller, (Trucoat Painting) who painted my house and also did a GREAT job! I would highly recommend both! Very professional and very nice! I will be using them again. Many thanks Ray!

Ray's team was excellent. Very friendly and on the ball. Once the trees were down, someone was right there to clean up. The only downfall I have is their chipper broke and the trees could not be gotten rid of. He apologized and said he'd be back when the chipper was fixed, which I totally understood as things happen. But the trees are laying in my front yard and it's quite an eyesore. Plus the fact that they are going to kill my grass. It's been 3 days. Just a little frustrating. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

Overall great experience - they took down the trees and cleaned up afterwards, left no trace.
