True Air Systems installed central refrigerated air conditioning in my home for a fraction of the cost of the four other competitors who bid on the job. The same day that I signed the contract all of my equipment was delivered and safely stored in my garage. The very next day Roger's crew of installers appeared and completed the work neatly in one day. The next day the electricians appeared and did all of the wiring and arranged for the electrical inspection. True Air it's the best company I've ever dealt with.

It was not a happy experience, which I had really wanted. the sales guy was pushy and did not give understandable information on the financing. When I told him that I needed to talk to my wife before deciding he said I came all the way up here to help you and I need an answer now. He had me over a barrel. there was not an itemized listing of the bill or an explanation of the financing. the installer was good but he needed help. damaged my new water heater while installing the furnace, offered to cosmetically cover it up with a water heater cover but did not follow thru. talked to Jesus the owner who promised a one year warranty if it fails, but sent no documentation. the mini split compressor was mounted on the roof but was not isolated. whenever it is on, I can feel and hear the vibration on the ceiling. haven't yet called cause of the difficulty of dealing with them. the technician Jesse was a very dedicated and excellent professional worker, very trustworthy. he just needed an assistant to help him. the owner seemed very understanding when talking on the phone, but he has yet to produce what he promised. a warranty for the damaged water heater.

It was a great experience from the salesman , Roger to an incredible installation lead, Jesse. He was a perfectionist. The electrician they used was also great.

Converted 2 evaporative coolers to AC. Good job at a good price. Follow up 1 month later- Now water is leaking through the air return vent they installed in the ceiling after probably a tenth of an inch of rain. I called but apparently they don't have anyone on call because all I could do was leave a message. Buyer beware that they don't appear to have appropriate on call coverage if something goes wrong and a minor issue could certainly escalate into a much more expensive and inconvenient repair.

the tech's who did the work were terrific. Everything was coordinated and came together like clockwork. It was the hottest days of the summer, and TruAir did everything possible to get us cooled down as quickly as possible.
