It's been a year since we had a sump pump and drain installed. Our basement has been dry every day since. Every time it rains my husband and I anxiously check the basement and then high-five and say "best money ever spent!" We did run into some issues when they started digging up the floor but we were able to come up with a work around and a revised price that worked for everyone.

Somehow, My last reiew was erased. an $8500 job was done and most of it was not needed as verified by the forman on the job. When I asked him why he didnt say anything, he said he just does what he is told. When I complained to the owner Patrick, he hung up on me twice and sent childish emails and texts and blocked me. Zero customer service and unnecessary work. Joke

Crew did not show up on first day; spoke with Pat (owner) who apologized for delay and not notifying us; different crew each day w/different foreman. Did not clear concrete work area of flower pots and furniture (never recommended to us to do so). Left hose faucet on twice after we asked to be sure it was off when they were done for the day. Left lights on in basement. Final walk thru revealed a few items that needed correction. Quick response when we called with questions/issues. Pat was receptive to our feedback and assured us he would address issues with foremen.

Very impressed with the prompt response to my request to waterproof the basement. Patrick spent time to detail the French drain and sump pump project and explained what to expect. The crew arrive at 8 am and worked all day to about 5 pm. Very labor intensive, hauling out concrete, hauling in 5 gallon buckets of gravel & cement up & down the basement stairs. 32x22 French Drain perimeter and sump pump with battery backup installed in 1 day. The entire basement and outdoor area was cleaned after the work, even the driveway was washed down. About 4-5 guys showed up and Fernando was the foreman on the job. They worked very hard and were courteous. I had a debris pile that they were able to haul as well. It was not a cheap job, but there were no surprises. I was aware of the cost after the quote and with the amount of work involved, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

Patrick DeSantis gave me a contract to redo the beams in my crawlspace. He left without finishing the job stating that he did not have the right equipment. This left me in a lurch. He should have known that when he agreed to do the job. I am very disappointed.

I was very pleased with Victor and his entire crew. They finished the work in one day and explained everything to me being done. I would have rated this five stars if I wasn't asked to pay for an extension cord to start the Sump Pump. I thought that would have been included with the cost of the project. Since it wasn't the consumer (ME) should have been made aware prior to the installation so I would have been prepared. I found that to be very annoying!

Two others contractors failed to repair the same leak because they failed to fully excavate to the footers. TruB fixed the leak, and did the excavation by hand, which was really hard work, to protect our landscaping and slate stone walkway. When they finished the front yard of our home actually looked better than it did before the repair. What more can I say, other than their price seemed perfectly reasonable before I watched how much work the crew put in to fix the leak, it was a great price.

They were prompt when the appointment was requested, quick to determine a solution, and the work was completed in half a day.
