Ryan showed up on time and was very courteous. We have high ceilings and we had him replace all air vents. Ryan also changed out light switches and electrical plugs. From start to finish Ryan was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what he did. Ryan communicated very well and took pride in his work. My gas fireplace hadn’t worked in years, and I honestly wasn’t sure it could even be saved. But thanks to Forrest Haverin who came out, it’s now working better than ever. Ryan & Trublue were amazing! We asked Ryan to replace an exterior door - it was our failed project from years ago that we make-shifted to last as long as it did. First, I bought the wrong sized replacement door, he ran it to Home Depot and swapped it out for me. Once he busted some trim, he uncovered a world of additional issues from our previous unskilled attempt. He made one more trip to the hardware store to fill in gaps in our frame, hand cut new trim, and even fill a gap in our living room flooring against the door with a hardwood-matching door sweep! Trublue goes above and beyond, I trust their work and their team and I will absolutely call them for future repair needs!
