Tru Chimney & Duct Cleaning, LLC

Clean my ducts and dryer, clean quick and courtesy

i really the equipment they used it was efficient and portable. I live in a high rise and others companies could not access my condo with the equipment they carried. They did a good job on my ducts and my dryer.

missed some ducts, mess where worked, screws left in driveway causing flat tire. Offered refund of $100. Would not recommend

AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! We hired TCD Cleaning (aka Duct Boyz aka Tru Chimney & Duct Cleaning) to pressure wash and re-stain our deck. We were originally told we'd pay half when they came to clean the deck, then half when they finished the staining 48 hours later. Twon came to clean, and though he was friendly, he said i needed to pay full price up front since they were bringing the stain. I stupidly fell for that. We couldn't get him to come back to stain the deck for another 12 days, even though we'd been told it would be 48 hours. Once he did come back (at 4pm that day) the stain wasn't right (i'd only been given color swatches via email to choose from), and he said he'd have to come back. That's been a week and we have left messages every day, but cannot get anyone to return our calls. We finally asked for a refund, but of course received no response. At this point we're planning to file a claim in small claims court. I've also seen numerous complaints about these guys selling Groupons to people, then never returning their calls when they try to schedule a service. These guys seem to want to book more services than they can handle, then screw the homeowner.

Nothing right now

My husband and I were very impressed with the professional manner in which the two fine men did the work. They treated our home as if it were their own and in no time the mold that had been growing on our siding was totally gone. Everything looks like new again. We are very pleased and will use their services again.

Great and fast service.

Quick response time and completed the work quickly. Missed a couple of obvious places.

I don't know why I could not give you a 5 star for value for money. I was very happy with this price. Twon is a gentleman first and foremost. He proceeded professionally, completed the cleaning quickly and did not mind my watching what he was doing. I am very satisfied and my dryer is working very well again.

The two guys that came out were very nice and also they showed up on time they did a very good job I do highly recommend this company

Job started at & $200 and ended up at $500, higher than anticipated
